North Business Park (NBP) Lot 14 is 43 acres, with 33 developable acres. The northeast corner of the site is 0.2 miles from the 704 acre Park’s main entrance on Judson Road, which is a 7-lane road.  The southeast corner is 934 ft from Bill Stoudt Pkwy/George Richey Road (FM 2275), which runs through the park connecting it to N US Hwy 259 and Hwy 300. US Hwy 259 connects to two interstates, I-20 is 10 miles south and I-30 is 70 miles north. 

Infrastructure is in place around the site. Water and sewer service are provided by the City of Longview.   AEP/SWEPCO provides electricity service to the park. Fiber optic infrastructure is in place and natural gas is available.

Current tenants at the North Business Park include GAP Inc., ScanTech Instruments, iClass Pro, Dollar General Distribution and Bass Engineering. Ninth Avenue Foods began construction in 2026 of its third manufacturing facility.
